Both surnames, Marino and Grecco, are fairly common ones in Italy. Carifa and Giamberardine are uncommon names.

I haven’t searched much on Grecco but have definitely come across a great many Marinos. There are actually quite a few Giamberardinos with many in the Midwest, Canada, and central Italy.
